Welcome to 'A Sweet Ride Called Clyde'
Stacey was lucky enough to grow up in a household where eating was a joy not a chore! And where everyone loved to eat.
Stacey started Clyde simply because she wants to share her love of well crafted sweets, and if you are going to indulge why not indulge in the best.
"Being someone who would rather start with dessert, when I go out to dinner I've decided what (and how many) desserts I am going to order before I have chosen my entree! And I simply want to bring other foodies the same joy" Stacey says.
Stacey has a real passion for meringue, Italian Meringue, Swiss Meringue, French Meringue – she loves them all! And Choux Pastry, she could kiss the genius who came up with that!
Clyde is pure and how cakes should be – no preservatives, no additives – just beautifully crafted!
Being able to create food which finishes a meal, creates and invokes lasting memories.
